◉ No Refund for Digital Services
All AI Voice Agent services are digital, real-time, and consumed instantly. Once a session, call, or subscription has been activated, it is non-refundable.
◉ Refund Eligibility
- Technical Failure on Our Side : If a verified technical issue from Enoratech’s system prevents you from using the service.
- Duplicate or Incorrect Billing : In case of double payment or system error.
- Poor network connectivity, dropped calls, or Twilio carrier issues outside our control.
- Change of mind, accidental purchase, or partial usage of service.
- Unsatisfactory responses from the AI, unless caused by a verified technical fault.
