◉ No Refund for Digital Services

    All AI Voice Agent services are digital, real-time, and consumed instantly. Once a session, call, or subscription has been activated, it is non-refundable.

◉ Refund Eligibility

    Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure on Our Side : If a verified technical issue from Enoratech’s system prevents you from using the service.
  • Duplicate or Incorrect Billing : In case of double payment or system error.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Poor network connectivity, dropped calls, or Twilio carrier issues outside our control.
  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or partial usage of service.
  • Unsatisfactory responses from the AI, unless caused by a verified technical fault.

◉ How to Request a Refund

    Send an email to support@voob.ai ,within 7 days of purchase, including:

  • Full Name
  • Order / Transaction ID
  • Date of Purchase
  • Description of the Issue
  • Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.

◉ Partial Refunds

    In rare cases, partial refunds may be offered based on usage, provided the issue is verified as Enoratech’s fault.
